I've been working with @psychelite and I've always had the mentality of "work really hard and hope it pays off and you might not be completely rubbish". The thought and fear of dissapointment of not being perfect often leads me to prepare for the worst of myself. This mentality has got me quite far (as I work hard) but I'm realising to be at the levels I actually want to be this attitude needs to change.Since working with @psychelite we've been through various avenues of thinking for performance, including for golf, powerlifting and eating habits and diet adherence and I have definitly noticed a difference. Knowing the right things to say to yourself and how to say them has been really enlightening and I am looking forward to using them to improve my performance in 2019. Anyone who wants to improve their thinking for sport - I would defo recommend.
